The staff was extremely friendly and pleasant. The concierge provided great recommendations for tour and dinner options. I wholeheartedly enjoyed my experience in Dubai and I don’t think it would’ve been the same had I stayed at another hotel. The complimentary shuttles to the beach and the mall were very useful. And who can argue with three restaurant options? There is no other place I would have rather stayed in Dubai. I would recommend it to ANYONE!
